In order to send a lease to someone, they must first apply to your property listing. This way we have their information and your listing data to automatically populate the lease and connect everything in one place.
If the person you’d like to rent to has not filled out an application on AffordableHousing.com, go to the "Applicants" page and select the property from the dropdown, then click "+ Invite Applicant".
