Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Visit AffordableHousing.com and log in to your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to "Prospects"
Once you're logged in, go to your dashboard. You’ll see the "Prospects" button.
Click on this button to view all the potential renters who match your property.
Step 3: View and Contact Prospects
In the Prospects section, you’ll see a list of renters who are interested in your property. These prospects have been pre-screened based on your property’s criteria, such as rent price and voucher eligibility.
From here, you can easily reach out to prospects via email or text directly through the platform.
Step 4: Use QuikMatch Emails
You can also access QuikMatch emails to view new prospects that have been matched to your listing. Simply open the email, and you'll be able to contact these renters directly.
Step 5: Engage with Interested Renters
As you connect with renters, QuikMatch helps you track their responses, ensuring you’re engaging with renters who are ready to move and are most likely to convert.
