How do I review prospect and applicant analytics?

To review analytics for your Prospects and Applicants on AffordableHousing.com, follow these steps:

Reviewing Prospects:

  1. Access Your Prospects: In your dashboard, click on the "Prospects" tab on the left-hand side.

  2. Filter Your Results: Refine your Prospects by filtering through categories such as activity, voucher status, city, bedroom count, and rent amount.

  3. View Prospect Details: Under each Prospect's name, click View Notes and Details to see important information. You can also check their activity by clicking the Activity button on the right.

Reviewing Applicants:

  1. Access Applicants: In your dashboard, click on the "Applicants" tab on the left-hand side.

  2. Filter Your Applicants: You can filter Applicants by their application status on the left-hand side.

  3. View Applicant Information: Click the drop-down arrow next to an Applicant's name for a quick overview, including their renter score, property fit, and ability to pay.

  4. View Full Application: If interested, click View Full Application to see detailed information about the applicant.

These tools help you assess whether a Prospect or Applicant is a good fit for your listing, enabling informed decisions for your property.
