Click on the dropdown menu beneath the photo thumbnail and change the listing status to Not Available. This will hide your property from all searches but allow you to re-list it again in the future.

For Communities, change the unit availability to Not Available. This status is below the listing in the Community Availability section.

If you want to permanently delete a listing from<a href="http://affordablehousing.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> </a><a href="http://affordablehousing.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">AffordableHousing.com</a>, select Other from the prompt when you set the status to Not Available. Then select the Permanently Delete Listing option. You will not be able to reactivate this listing or view its applicants again.

1. Log in to your<a href="https://www.affordablehousing.com/v4/pages/login/login.aspx" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> account</a>
2. Go to your Manage Listings page
3. Find the listing you wish to remove 
4. Click on the dropdown menu beneath the photo thumbnail and change the listing status to Not Available. This will hide your property from all searches but allow you to re-list it again in the future.
5. For Communities, change the unit availability to Not Available. This status is below the listing in the Community Availability section.
