How do I view my billing information or get an invoice?

Accessing your billing information on AffordableHousing.com is straightforward. You can manage your subscription settings online, but certain documents, like invoices, require a brief verification with our team.

How to View Plan Details Online

As a paid user, you can view your plan details, payment method, and renewal date at any time:

  1. Access your profile: Click on your profile name in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select "My Plan and Payment": This will take you to your dashboard.

  3. On the “My Plan and Payment” page, you can:

  • Verify your Current Plan (e.g., Solo, Pro, Guru).

  • Check your Next Renewal Date.

  • Update Payment Method: Click "Change Credit Card" to enter new information.

  • Adjust Frequency: Click "Change Frequency" to switch between monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.

  • Track Usage: See remaining Renter Contacts, Listing Boosts, and Lease Credits.

2. How to Request an Invoice or Receipt

Invoices and past payment receipts are not currently available for direct download in the dashboard. To obtain an invoice for your records, please contact our support team:

Call Us: Contact Customer Service at (866) 466-7328. This is the fastest way to receive a copy of your most recent receipt.

Verification: For your security, our team will verify the account details before emailing the invoice to the address on file.
